It is the skill that determines the quality of your life....... When I went to the Powers of Ten for the first time at the College of Metaphysics in December, I thought it was excellent and I received a great deal from it. When I went into the workshop in Indianapolis, I was basically expecting something similar. I thought there would perhaps be some small modifications and probably more polish, but for all intents and purposes, my expectation was that it would feel similar to the first Powers of Ten I attended. My experience was nothing at all like what I expected. For me it felt like a completely different workshop. Yes, there were definitely some parallel themes and exercises between the two, but I really felt like I was very different - and I got so much more out of it than I did the first time. I guess that in and of itself is a Powers of Ten experience. I felt like the quality and the content of the workshop in Indy was 10-fold better than my first experience with it, and I found it pretty mind-bending that something already so praiseworthy could be refined to the extent that it was in such a short amount of time. I felt very present for the entire day and I didn't experience the linear passage of time. The whole day seemed to go so quickly, and I remember receiving so much it doesn't seem possible that it all happened in one day. Well done! |
