"I received a greater vision of the connectedness and reflection of the inner and the outer. The Powers of Ten movie was a form for the entire seminar. Seeing how much the inner workings of a cell resembled outer space showed me the relation/reflection of inner and outer in a purely physical sense. When you realize that our physical body is the zero point in that example, it adds another dimension to understanding. You have the physical going in two directions, then you have the mind element coming in vertically in time and going out into the physical in either the inner or outer, or quite possibly both.

"So what this says is that by controlling your physical body through thought, the outer physical world will also have a similar reflection. This concept also makes it easier to understand how your physical environment, say perhaps a scattered, messy house, can affect you physically and mentally if you do not take action to change your physical surroundings."
