Come join us to learn how to develop your full potential! The School of Metaphysics course of study is designed to teach you step-by-step how to access the understandings and intuitive grasp of truth that is timeless and universal. Through weekly classes and daily mental exercises, you will develop ten essential life skills: self respect, undivided attention, concentration, listening, memory, imagination, reasoning, breath, intuition, and entrainment. You can apply these skills to deepen your awareness of your Real Self, empowering you to be more effective in every area of your life. You will also learn how to understand and interpret dreams as a tool for guidance for yourself and your loved ones. Instruction in meditation, life force energies, visualization, spiritual healing and relaxation is included in the course. The study of universal laws and how to align with them enables you to produce success, peace, contentment, security, and well-being.

The students in Maplewood enjoy their education and report on how it is helping them in their lives. Many of the students are involved with alternative healing as energy workers, chiropractors, biofeedback technicians, and counselors. There are students who work with hospice volunteers and patients. Some are graphic artists and interior designers. Other students are professionals in sales, public relations, real estate, and management. Some students are parents or grandparents. One student, the mother of a four-year-old, is amazed at how her own practice of concentration is aiding her to be a centering influence for her son. Another student remarks on her increased calmness from the course of study and how it enables her to be relaxed in her busy sales job. The Maplewood school is always buzzing with excitement and the students welcome you to come by and visit.

Kerry Keller

Kerry Keller, Maplewood's director, describes the SOM education as "turning my life around 180 degrees." He is developing skills in concentration and visualization that are helping him to channel his creative energy productively. Kerry uses metaphysical principles in his occupation as a salesperson and practitioner for the EPFX, the most advanced biofeedback machine on the planet. Kerry has many interests, including bringing metaphysics into businesses, educating parents and youth, and using visualization for improved sports performance.

Larry Hudson

Larry has been studying in the School of Metaphysics for three years. As a father, husband, and grandfather, Larry enjoys family and children and participates in many events and creations in this area. He understands the value of the Intuitive Reports offered by the School of Metaphysics and has aided many people through recommending this service and teaching students how to transcribe these reports. He and his wife Debbie often attend Spiritual Focus Sessions at the College of Metaphysics. Larry works as a construction manager for a St. Louis area construction company, and has aided in sponsoring a Communication Workshop that Dr. Laurel Clark gave at his company. Larry has a generous and giving presence.

Debbie Hudson

Debbie has recently retired from a career teaching special education to children in the St. Louis public school system. She currently is a substitute teacher and is making remarkable progress with autistic children by aiding them interpret their drawings and their dreams, using the Universal Language of Mind. Debbie learned this art through the School of Metaphysics and plans to teach parents and teachers how to use it for greate understanding and insight into special needs children. Larry and Debbie Hudson are married, both are students and teachers. They have attended many Spiritual Focus Sessions at the College of Metaphysics. When Debbie's mother was dying, she attended the Master Living Spiritual Focus weekend which was invaluable for aiding her to help herself and her family undertand her mother's transition. Debbie has become a healing presence as a hospice volunteer.

Cheri Thomas

Cheri Thomas, Maplewood's newest teacher, owns her own business and is the mother of three toddlers. She is a fan of the Intuitive Health Analysis as a tool to help her aid her children to be healthier and happier. She and her husband often refer to Past Life Crossings to help them in their personal relationship and with friends.
