If you want to learn more about the School of Metaphysics, please visit…
Since 1973, the School of Metaphysics (SOM), a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit educational and service institute, has been dedicated to aiding individuals to know the power that they hold in their minds and hearts. The students and volunteer teachers and leaders that learn and serve through this organization firmly believe that spiritual and mental growth in individuals will accelerate the evolution of humanity, leading us to a world where everyone, globally, lives in peace.
For over 35 years, the School of Metaphysics World Headquarters combined with the College of Metaphysics and the individual 15 school centers across the Midwestern portion of the U.S. from Dallas, TX to Chicago, ILhas been actively pursuing this endeavor through a vast array of services and programs in the arena of dreams, peacemaking, intuitive research, consciousness programs and multimedia. We encourage you to peruse the listing of these offerings (see links at left) so you are aware of the breadth of current SOM World Headquarters volunteer-based activities…created to nourish your soul.
The current structure for SOM World Headquarters, located on the College of Metaphysics campus in the beautiful Ozark foothills of Central Missouri, has reached its capacity in terms of people, operations, housing, storage, and resources. So, in some ways, the Great World House already exists in that it will comprise the SOM World Headquarters operational facilities. The new building will add a grand meeting hall, classrooms, offices for counsultations, a library and archive room, computer center, and a studio for audio-visual productions. The Intuitive Research conducted for four decades on behalf of people on six continents will be housed in this new structure. This building will offer sacred spaces for people to gather, learn and serve the world together from the heartland of America.
The individuals who make all of this happen love what they do and do it freely because learning how to be a world server brings growth and fulfillment.
We want more of humanity to be informed about these endeavors, receive from them, and contribute to the fruition of mankind’s evolution. We hope you will read the heart-opening experiences and perspectives of just a handful of individuals who participate in the functioning of the SOM World Headquarters.
Students from any of the 15 school centers are eligible to study at the College of Metaphysics after completing a Respondere degree. The college curriculum is a broad work/study program focusing on the power of thought to create the world we live in. With SOM World Headquarters located on campus, students experience the unique opportunity to live at the hub of the educational experience of intuitive, Spiritual Man. The exercise of mental and spiritual discipline finds daily application in interpreting the dream of someone living in England, or providing an Intuitive Health Analysis for someone in Colombia, or shipping a case of books to Australia. Correspondence study, the dreamschool scholar program, and the Peace Dome Initiatives all originate from headquarters and those living on campus bring them to life every day.
The campus consists of five buildings including the Peace Dome, dedicated as a universal site for peace in 2003, the Moon Valley Ranch House where our Spiritual Focus Sessions are held, and the Center for Student Living which serves as a common meeting place, office space, and dormitories for students and faculty. The two other buildings are housing units. In addition to expanding the number of people we can serve on campus, the Great World House will afford much needed space for learning laboratories and research. We appreciate your support and contributions, and look forward to sharing our progress with you.
The School of Metaphysics is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit educational institute. All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent US federal law affords. We appreciate your support.
