The Message By The People, Of The People, For The People

The first World Headquarters video has been made and is up on the Internet for the world to see. It is the first of many videos to come. It is a message for humanity, a call to action, and quite possibly, it is the reason why you have made it here to this website, and are reading this article.
It began as an idea of Dr. Sheila Benjamin’s, to make a commercial advertising her brilliant idea: “Quarters for Headquarters.” She approached the students of the College of Metaphysics with an enthusiastic attitude of “Let’s do this!” We met and began sketching out creative ideas for multiple different ways to get the message across of “Send us a quart jar, filled with quarters, for the headquarters.”
We realized that it is not our objective to sell anyone on this idea, but rather, we are truly giving humanity a Message. So this became our new viewpoint.

The message was clear, we are building a Great World House for the benefit of all humankind. This meant making a touching video that projects from our hearts, to yours. In this way "SOM Headquarters", can reach out to "the world". I decided to direct the project, Dr. Barbara Condron became our mentor and teacher, and college students Walter Hrycaj, Brian Kraichely, Emily Ashley, Heather Hunt, as well as Josephine Goff and Hezekiah Condron spent one afternoon putting our hearts into the message.
This video was posted on www.youtube.com the evening of Saturday November 6th. It was a concentrated effort to produce. Fifteen-year-young Hezekiah was teaching me how to navigate the editing software as I was editing it. The other college students were collaborating their efforts to produce these webpages to supplement the video. On Saturday, the 6th, there were Area Teachers Meetings for the teachers at the School of Metaphysics branches throughout the United States. Our goal was to have the video posted on the Internet for them to view when they discussed the world headquarters building during their meeting. With commitment and purpose, we met our goal.
The commitment it took on our behalf to reach such a time-sensitive goal plays a vital part in the manifestation of the Great World House. I see this video project as a microcosmic mirror to the manifestation of the building itself. Here is what I can see…
We talked about making a video for a month or two, and when it came down to it, we just needed to set the goal and do it. It was a noble goal to complete in a rather short amount of time. In four days, with active schedules and a web pages to prepare, we met the goal. This creation process is a supportive model for the Great World House.
The students at the School of Metaphysics decided that “Yes, we will build this new headquarters building!” We have a short few years to accomplish the goal, and we certainly will meet this goal.
Your hands, your hearts, your connections, your resources, your spirit, your culture and backgrounds will make it the Great WORLD House it is destined to be. We want you to be connected to what the School of Metaphysics is building so that you can come to understand what it is for.
We have described the Great World House to be “of the people, by the people, for the people.” These words so sincerely spoken by Abraham Lincoln over a century ago are a concept that is aligned with the vision of the Great World House. The building will be located in America, a country that truly welcomes the cultures of the world. It is a space that will not only host worldly events, but it will be a schoolroom for learning that which is universal.
The School of Metaphysics teaches the basic principles that govern the universe, and the universal truths that our forefathers kept secret centuries ago, we are sharing, teaching and living. This wisdom is increasingly becoming more accessible to the human race, and with the help of the people, we can build a structure to house the great teachings of the world. Freedom means responsibility, and where people enjoy freedom, evolution can be accelerated.
The School of Metaphysics does not just teach information and ideas. We educate individuals on how to live the concepts presented, concepts and disciplines that nurture the Whole, Functioning Self. Every contribution that you make will go toward furthering the evolution of humanity.
