Intuitive Business Analysis 1

The following business analysis was performed for an advertising firm in a major U.S. city.

We see that there is some confusion within the mental system of this company. We see that upon the part of the directing intelligence that this comes from a sense of frustration primarily upon this one's part individually. We see that this one in some ways has tired of the endeavors of attempting to cause this company to accomplish in the ways that this one desires. And we see that there is difficulty in this one being able to perceive ways or be motivated to perceive ways that would aid in causing there to be a coming together and a kind of moving forward of the company's endeavors. We see that it would aid this one to be able to cause there to be relations in this one's mind individually. It is very difficult for this one to remove the attention from the business and therefore this one has the tendency to live the business during this one's waking hours. We see that this causes there to be much strain on the self and it feeds the frustration that has been spoken of. We see that it would be of great benefit for this one to learn how to direct the attention at will upon anything that this one desires. It would be of benefit for this one to vary this one's activities and in doing so to direct this one's mind toward whatever is at hand rather than this one's body going through certain motions but the mind still being involved or trapped by thoughts concerning the company.

We see that much of this one's difficulty in tiredness is because this one has lost sight of the purposes. We see that this one has a keen reasoning ability and has the perception to be able to note that there is a challenge before the self. And we see, however, that when this one does not formulate a purpose foremost in this one's mind, this one begins to see the challenges as difficulties or problems that then wear this one out. Would suggest therefore, that this one would rekindle the sense of individual purpose. It would be of benefit for this one as well as his direction within the company. Would suggest that this one begin to formulate a desire to see this business continue without this one's direct intervention. This would be something that would be in many ways new for this one even though it is an idea this one has entertained. To direct the thoughts in this direction and to create this one's purpose around this idea could be very rejuvenating for this one and could offer this one a different perspective and a kind of objectivity that this one has lost sight of.

We see that as a result of the conflicts within this one's mind there is some difficulty in the ways this one works with those involved with this company. We see that this one has perceptions that there are two entirely different types of people that this one is working with and we see that this one works well with those who are like himself who are more goal oriented, who have reasoning capabilities, who are practically mind. This one has great difficulty, however, in being able to work with those who are less disciplined, who are more what could be termed spontaneously creative and who seem to rely very heavily upon the emotions. We see that both of these types of people are within this organization and there is not really a kind of communication between them. We see that the directing intelligence has attempted to do this, but has found it highly frustrating as has already been described. And we see that that one is no longer really willing to put out the kind of effort needed to cause these two different types of people to work together. We see therefore for there to be a need either for another person that would serve this means or for there to be changes and adjustments in the directing intelligence as has already been suggested.

We see that it would be of great benefit for these individuals to enter into a type of program that would introduce them to a concept of wholeness within themselves, for we see that most of these individuals are somewhat one-sided in as much as they have certain strengths or desires and they do pursue these but it is to the detriment or lacking of developing their potential. For instance we see that those that are more spontaneously creative tend to refuse their reasoning skills even though they do exist and therefore they are very undisciplined in their understanding and in their utilization and in their output in terms of creativity. We see that they rely very heavily upon bursts of inspiration in order to create and we see that these are untimed, that they are undisciplined and that they are unpredictable. As these individuals would pursue a more wholistic view of themselves and their capabilities and development of their potential there would be more willingness to realize that discipline does not rob one of creativity but it enhances it. By the same token it would aid those that are more practically minded and reasonable to begin to develop their more creative side to realize that there can be more flexibility and therefore less stress in their decision making abilities and in their ways of working with people.

We see that although there have been definite choices made in terms of the people that are involved in this company in regard to their strengths and that, for the most part, the individuals that hold different positions are in the correct positions according to their strengths, it does not lend itself well to this group of people working together, for they are very different individually and they have their own ways of thinking and there is not necessarily any consideration of one another or for one another. And it would be of benefit for there to be some idea of cohesiveness, of a kind of group consciousness or a kind of concern for each other to be brought into this group. It would cause the efforts of this business to be much more profitable more quickly and it would also cause there to be greater learning upon each one's part for there would be an openness to one another and therefore a cohesiveness of efforts rather than these ones seemingly working against each other or pulling away from each other. It would be of benefit for there to be a re-establishment of the goals and purposes of this business and that there be the communication of this to all parties involved. As there could be some communication concerning this there could be some beginning point of a kind of group consciousness. We see that each person involved in this business has their own motivations for doing so, and we see for the most art this is not merely financial support or security. We see that most of the individuals involved have their own reasons in terms of self-development or self-expression and this is a very strong building block that could be developed as these ones would begin to communicate more. And as there would be more attention addressed toward the whole individual as has been described and concern for one another.

We see that because of the confusion and sometimes chaos that does exist within the individuals or between them within this company, and therefore the lack of communication that ensues, that there is some difficulty at times in regards to how these ones respond to clients and we see that there is often miscommunication in that regard which does hurt the business. We see that there is the need for there to be an expansiveness of the attention, particularly with those who work directly with public relations in this regard. There needs to be a greater consideration and concern shown through words and deeds of this business being concerned with the client's needs. Most of the time this does exist on some level within this business, but many times it does not exist where it needs to, where the direct communication is occurring. We see that in terms of long-standing clients that this has been received in a variety of ways. Some of them have taken it as a matter of course, but there are some older clients that have become somewhat offended with the way they have been treated within the recent past, and we see there is some need for greater communication perhaps from the directing intelligence in that regard. We see that there is often more attention placed upon the communication with the new clients and there is often more emotional expression in that regard, sometimes to the point of being pushy or to the point of aggression. Would suggest that there be more receptivity employed in the communication skills.

We see that emotionally within this company that there is a great scattering of emotions. We see that there is the tendency upon most of the people's parts involved to bring their emotional states from other situations in their lives to the business, and as a result there is a muddling of emotional expressions. Some of this expresses itself in gossip, however, it is not as strong as merely how it affects the quality of these one's work. We see that this is true for the more spontaneously creative people less so than it is for the more practical, reasonable people. We see there is the tendency to deny the emotions on those one's parts and therefore when there is some kind of emotional turmoil, it affects their work to a much greater degree than for the more artistic or creative types. In regards to the individuals placing more attention on self development and for there being some kind of direction or concern in that regard given to the ones in this company there could be some direction or understanding brought about individually of how the emotions can be more useful.

We see that there are very strong and dynamic personalities involved in this company and we see that they each have very definite ideas about what they want to produce. We see that it takes very strong leadership to cause these ones to work together as a group and all the factors that are necessary do exist within the company as it is now. It is merely a point of each one beginning to want to excel and to be better and to do so for a common good. This is the greatest thing that is lacking at the present time period. Would suggest that instruction or some kind of outside consultation in this regard could be of great benefit for this company in causing there to be a reason and a kind of guidance and instruction in how these ones can develop themselves individually and professionally in regards to causing this company to grow and mature.

We see within the physical running of the company in addition to some of the factors that have already been addressed that it would be of benefit particularly in regards to the point just related in aiding the building of the group consciousness for there to be more communication in terms of the benefits that these ones derive from working for this company. It would be of benefit for these ones to have some kind of investment in the company itself so that they could begin to utilize this as a means of being more motivated toward working together. This would be a supplementary way of stimulating the working together. It would not be a causal agent. The causal agent has already been addressed.

We see that there is some difficulty in making commitments and in meeting them. We see that many times this is seen as deadlines when in reality it needs to be seen as a promise that has been made to fulfill certain agreements. It would be of benefit for these ones to begin to recognize that this is the quality and the intention in the business dealings that they have. This is often lost and it is merely seen as work or a job to be done and to be done by a certain time. We see that this is particularly the attitude upon those that are more practically minded and we see that there is high resistance or resentment toward this kind of attitude upon the parts of the people that are more spontaneously creative. They do not want to be disciplined in this way. However, because they are more creative and idealistic they are capable of understanding the essence of this kind of dealing which is the commitment to agreement. And as there would be the elevation of consciousness or awareness upon the parts of all concerned there could be a much greater and expansive use of the abilities that these ones have individually and collectively. There then would be the meeting of commitments. There would be more investment upon each one's part to make the commitment work and there would be as a result much more satisfied clients who would then publicize these one's work.

We see that by far the greatest advertising that this company has had within its history is that of work of mouth and personal referral. We see that this is still true and that there are many that still do this. We see that the customer relations that these ones have are of the utmost importance and therefore the issues that have already been addressed in terms of how the clients are treated is of the utmost importance to these ones.

We see that there is an attitude often that the people within this company have that, "That is not my job." And we see that this is one way that it could be very easily identifiable that they are working against the good of the company and therefore the good of themselves as involved in the company. There needs to be a willingness to extend themselves and to be willing to learn one another's jobs. This is not to the point of proficiency as each have been chosen for the jobs that they hold because of their qualifications, but there does need to be, as has been stated, the concern for one another and the jobs that they do hold and the ways that the different jobs that are delegated do work together to cause a cohesiveness within this company that causes it to be what it is. There is a great gap in these one's understanding of this at the present time period and much of it is because they do not care about what one another does. There needs to be the direction from the creative intelligence that this type of concern is expected. And there needs to be this expectation upon the part of the directing intelligence in order for this one to achieve the goals that this one has.

We see there has been some difficulty in terms of the finances within this company. We see that this has been largely due to inattentiveness upon the part of those involved in terms of the management of money. We see that there are ways that the money could be invested much more readily and more beneficially in projects and in materials. We see that there are be procured at a much lower expense rate. We see that this does not mean that quality would need to be sacrificed. The highest quality can still be gained at a much lower cost. We see that this would merely take more investigation and effort. We see that there have been some accounting errors that have occurred. We see that some of these have been corrected, but we see that some still remain. We see that there needs to be some kind of objective and direct analysis in that regard in order for there to be a clearing up of any difficulties in that area.

We see that, for the most part, the physical expression of the business is one of the building structure itself. It is one that is conducive and in alignment with the ideals of the company. We see that there could be some restructuring of the space in terms of placement of equipment and of furniture. This would be merely to stimulate a change in attitude, causing there to be a physical change in environment. We see that although other locations could be somewhat more profitable for this business, there has been a kind of establishment in this area that has been equally of benefit and therefore if there were considerations to move the location in order to make it more exposed to traffic or more accessible, there would need to be the evaluation and recognition that there would be some loss in the stability of reputation and habit, as it were of remaining in the location that these ones presently hold.

We see that there is some tendency at times for there to be unnecessary difficulties that arise in the business due to the emotional states as was briefly addressed before of those involved in the company. This is a distraction and a deterrent to the movement forward of the business and the profitability of the business. We see that part of this expresses itself in the form of gossip. We see that much of it is a kind of internal jealousy that exists within the company. It is based upon a lack of understanding of the importance of what each individual contributes and how it works together to cause there to be an end product. Again this is due to the lack of communication, not only between those in the different positions but between the directing intelligence and the members of the staff. We see that most of the people involved in this business have in some ways similar attitudes that the directing intelligence does in terms of the difficulty in formulating purpose and therefore there is the general attitude mentally and emotionally within the company that many times they have to go to work, they have to do projects, they have to do their job. And this distracts largely from their own sense of fulfillment and therefore it detracts from the magnetic quality that could exist in the business. This can only be changed as there would be the development individually of this group of people in terms of greater enhancement of self awareness, self respect, and self control. This kind of personal investment would aid greatly in instilling a kind of pride and a kind of worthiness within the contributions that they make.

We see that in many ways these ones have an opportunity to change people's lives. And we see that there is not really the recognition of this kind of responsibility. We see that this could be brought to the forefront in terms of there being team meetings where this would be discussed. We see that there is the need for these ones to recognize that the work that they do is highly influential, that it is a way of influencing the way that people think and the way that they act and in this it carries a responsibility that these ones can accept and take great pride in and therefore take pride in their work and care in their work from a point of concern for others and their desire to better themselves and society. This business provides a vehicle for anyone involved in it to do so. However, these kinds of ideals often get lost in the day to day shuffle of what needs to be done and the work at hand. There would be much more produced and there would be a much greater level of satisfaction individually and collectively if there would be the stimulation of the ideals of this company and a reaching toward it. For there would be more energy that these ones would have to invest in their work and there would be more of a desire to accomplish it. In that way there would be that much more work produced. We see that there is a need generally for this group of people to recognize that they can indeed make a difference and that by what they do or do not do that difference is made. This is all.

The directing intelligence of this company is [Name]. This agency specializes in direct response and printed advertising. This business is fourteen and a half years old. Here are some of this one's questions: "My staff has been reduced from twenty-seven to nine people due to the recession and client difficulties. The nine remaining employees are very close knit. Is there excessive negative impact if weak personnel are replaced?"

We see that there will be reactions upon each person involved in the business. We see that the strongest reaction would be re-stimulation of fear that their job will be in jeopardy. This could very easily be circumvented by reassurance directly of the work that each individual is doing that the directing intelligence intends to retain. There needs to be this kind of communication anyway. There is the tendency for the directing intelligence to be much too aloof and to expect the business to run itself. This is much of the reason why this one has the business on the mind most of the time that this one is awake. It is because this one does not express the ideas that this one has in the mind when it is appropriate on the job and therefore this one continues to hold the ideas in the mind and they cycle, looking for a means of expression.

This one says, "Artists are resistant to the leadership and direction other than from me. Coworkers are unable to accomplish jobs on schedule. How can they be better managed?"

For the most part this has been addressed. We see that in regards to what is being termed the artist or those that work from spontaneous creativity, we see that they tend to be highly self-centered. However, with the idealism that has already been addressed with surrounding themselves in terms of recognizing that there could be a greater understanding of their creative ability and therefore a greater control of them, there would not be such a hesitation or such a fight. We see that at the present time period they are somewhat ego-centered because of insecurity in regards to whether their work will be acceptable or not. This could be easily remedied by reassurance and by greater communication from the directing intelligence to these ones. And in terms of the communication between these ones and the coworkers, this has been addressed in terms of everyone in this company needing to become more concerned and more aware of how their individual positions relate to the position of others. Every position within this company is needed. And therefore the people who fill the positions are needed to perform their function in order for the business to be a whole functioning unit. When any part of the business does not fulfill its purpose, there are immediate and detrimental effects experienced upon the part of the remaining parts. There is a need for these ones to understand this and therefore to recognize their own sense of self-importance. Suggestions have been given.

The woman assigned to outside purchases, [Name], does not express an urgency to suppliers. She blames delays on coworkers rather than pressing suppliers to deliver on schedule. Do you have any advice on how I can manage her, the one of [directing intelligence] asks.

We see that this one does not really enjoy her work. We see that of all the people in this company, this one holds ideas most profoundly of needing the work in order to have financial security. We see, therefore, that in order for this one's job performance to improve there needs to be some stimulation of a selfish motive for doing so. This could be done in a variety of ways. It could be done in terms of communication of what is desired in terms of performance and what kinds of learning is expected from this one over what kind of period of time and then there would be some kind of reimbursement whether it would be a bonus or a small raise or some kind of benefit tendered to this one. These ways of motivating this one would work and they would cause there to be some kind of change in performance. We see that this one fears conflict situations and does not want to displease those in authority and therefore this one will go even to the length of lying concerning the work that this one does in order to avoid receiving displeasure by those in the authority. We see that this is a personal issue upon this one's part and this one could seek counseling for it or the directing intelligence could merely be aware that this one operates from this kind of fear and attempt to build a line of communication and trust with that one so that this one does not think that the job is in jeopardy merely because this one has made a mistake or has difficulty being authoritarian herself in regards to expressing the expectations of what this one wants and when this one wants it. This one's difficulty in doing this is the major difficulty in the supplies reaching these ones on time or new lines of supplies being checked out that would be more cost effective.

The directing intelligence states that, "The creative director/copywriter, [Name], is willing to express his opinions but unwilling to see projects through against the schedule. What about him?"

Would suggest to the one of the directing intelligence that what has been described in regards to the commitment to agreement particularly applies to this one. We see that this one does not see what this one agrees to do as a commitment and we see that many times what is perceived by the directing intelligence as an agreement is not an agreement in the mind of the other. Therefore, there needs to be clearer communication; there needs to be verbalization upon the part of the other one to the directing intelligence and to the coworkers of what this one has heard. This one of the other can be very closed minded and this greatly interferes with this one's ability to listen. Therefore, much of this one's seeming unconcern for deadlines or lack of following through on projects is not actually that. It is that this one has not understood or recognized what this one's job is at any given time. Therefore, extended communication, not in terms of argument or ideas, but extended communication in terms of what has been resolved, what is going to be done, needs to occur particularly between the directing intelligence and this one and others that are involved with this one in order for there to be effective leadership on that one's part and following through upon ideas that have been agreed upon.

Is there a penalty in employee performance and job quality for the directing intelligence demanding his or her best efforts and thorough attention?

No.

The directing intelligence asks, "When an employee does not finish a task because regular working hours are over, how do we get the task done within regular hours? Does a salaried worker have an obligation to meet deadlines within the work day? How do I handle that?"

Would suggest to this one to review what has been spoken of in terms of what would increase the individual level of energy within the people involved in this company. This would be, as has been stated, that these ones would be more aware of what they contribute as individuals, that they would be more dedicated to causing there to be a difference because of their efforts not only in regards to themselves and the company but in regards to the clients and those whom these ones will effect by the work that they do. As these kinds of ideas would become a part of how these ones communicate and how they think, there would be a much greater amount of energy, there would be a greater direction of the energy upon each one's part and therefore, there would be much greater output of work done within the business. This would eliminate much of the time that is wasted. It would eliminate much of the scattering of attention which wastes time. It would eliminate much of the gossip or the uncontrolled emotional states that have already been talked about. It would eliminate many of the causal factors or work not being done on time. Until these changes can be effected, and they will take some time and may require some outside consultation, as has been described -- but as there is movement and there is a need to meet what would be termed deadlines there is by all rights the right upon the directing intelligence's part for those that this one employs to fulfill their obligation agreed upon at the entering into this company. This would be the deciding factor as to whether individuals involved in the company would be payed overtime or would be expected to work overtime until a project is completed. It would depend upon the original agreement. If the original agreement is not satisfactory to either party involved then there could be renegotiation of the agreement. Would suggest to the directing intelligence that there is a need for this one to become more flexible in the thinking and there is a need for this one to recognize that this one can respond to conditions as they arise. This one many times has operated from what this one thought had to be done rather than what this one wanted to do. And as this one would begin to work from what is wanted and become more purposeful as was addressed originally in this information, then there would be a great change not only in this one's directing and managing of people but in the attitude of those this one manages as well.

This one also asks, "Is it better to pay current invoices within agreed terms and old invoices slowly -- or to pay old invoices as quickly as possible with the risk of falling behind on new invoices?"

Would suggest that part of this difficulty has been mismanagement of funds which has already been addressed. There is a need to maintain strong and workable relations with clients as well a suppliers. Therefore, would suggest that in order for this to occur there needs to be some willingness and effort upon these ones' part to pay what is owed. Therefore would suggest to these ones to pay both on old invoices and on new invoices. If they cannot be the complete amount payed, then there needs to be some kind of budgeting worked out so that there can be the payment on debts. Would suggest that there could be some communication, and there would need to be communication if the full amounts are not payed in order for there to be maintained an amicable relationship with those that these ones owe money to.

Is a dress code important, especially for creative employees within this company?

There is right upon the directing intelligence's part and upon the group as a whole to determine the kind of impression that they want to make on those who might enter into this office. There is also the importance of recognizing that they make an impression upon one another. Therefore, would suggest that this be a point of discussion and it could be one of the ways the directing intelligence could initiate more personal involvement upon the part of the employees in terms of what happens in the company. There can be certain guidelines and expectations formed that could be agreed upon by all involved. And in this way there could be a unification of their efforts toward a common goal. This issue of dress would be a simple way to begin to initiate a kind of communication and this kind of self investment.

This one says, "How do I deal with an employee, [Name], that promises to meet deadlines but can't?"

We see that this one is highly defensive and we see that this is because this one is very insecure and overly sensitive. We see that this in itself is not the problem of the directing intelligence. The directing intelligence has the right to choose whether this one wants to employ this individual or not and this needs to be recognized. If it is decided that this one wants to keep this individual on because this one is highly creative and has much to offer, then this one of the directing intelligence must be willing to give this one more attention than this one has been. The one of the directing intelligence has been avoiding this employee because of the defensiveness and because there are many of the same kinds of attitudes that exist within that one that exist within the directing intelligence. Therefore, the directing intelligence will need to be willing to face his own insecurities and defensiveness and be able to work beyond those in order to reach this other one. This could be an excellent opportunity for both of these individuals. However, there is also the risk that these ones would be somewhat out of control emotionally and that there would be some difficulty in separating the more personal issues that have been described from the business relationship. Therefore there needs to be the determination upon the one of the directing intelligence as to whether this one wants this to merely remain a business association or whether this one wants to pursue the kind of investment in this other individual. These types of decisions that are made upon the part of the directing intelligence will determine the type of company that this one creates. And it will determine the success of the company as well.

This one says, "How do I deal with the employee, [Name], who claims she can't do a task because she's sensitive?"

Would suggest that this one manipulates others through the emotions, and we see that this has been a long-standing pattern that has often worked for this one and therefore this one continues to do it. Would suggest that the directing intelligence could develop a sense of humor in regards to dealing with this employee and this would aid greatly in that this one would not take seriously many of the emotionally manipulative comments that this other one would make and would attempt to put it into a perspective. It would be important that the directing intelligence not make fun of the other one, but there be a kind of levity and that there be a kind of objectivity that this one would lend and that there be encouragement of this one's expectations that this one can indeed accomplish the task at hand -- that this one can indeed direct the sensitivity as it is referred to in the work and could make the work even better.

The last question the directing intelligence asks is, "How does my personality affect the dynamics of my company?"

It makes all the difference in terms of the quality of the people, the choice of the people involved, the general attitude which has already been described in detail, the dynamics of the focus of attention upon this one's part as well as the members in the company. Suggestions have been given in many different areas that would aid the one of the directing intelligence to cause the business to prosper and to move forward.

Would there be any further suggestions for the directing intelligence or for this company in giving to the community so that the community will receive and give back to this company?

This would be initiated through an attitude in terms of the individuals kindling their desire to make a difference in the world. By choosing to be involved in this type of business there is already the influence they have upon other people through the work that they do and there needs to be discussion about this and there needs to be recognition of the importance that this does hold. In terms of the directing intelligence there has been the tendency for there to be much less offered to the community then these ones are capable of. There has been a kind of stinginess and a kind of cheapness in regards to how finances were used and therefore there has been difficulty at times in managing money. We see that there is a need within these ones to recognize that there can be contributions made to worthwhile causes and that there can be types of community service offered through finances but it could even be projects taken on occasion that would be of a community nature that would be donated and that this would bring to this company a kind of reputation, a kind of advertising, as it were, that money cannot buy. This company is not quite in the place at the present time period to be able to do this either financially or in regards to taking on projects, but it is time to begin to consider this and to put this into the plan.

Business Analysis 2

The following analysis was unusual because it provided information for the owner of three rental properties.

We see that within the directing intelligence of this company there is a general desire to help others. Oftentimes this idea is somewhat muddled or vague, and when particular conditions and circumstances arise that this one views as being problematic, this one battles within herself concerning what is actual help. We see this one believes that this one has been wronged or that this one's good intentions have back-fired because oftentimes in the ways that this one [treats] others this one encourages dependency or weakness and therefore she does not actually aid these others but produces a kind of stagnation.

Would suggest to this one that in order for there to be a fuller flourishing of this company, in order for this one to truly aid others in their own spiritual growth and progression, it would benefit this one to formulate more clearly what this one desires in regard to a kind of ideal. That is, this one has formulated the idea of help in regard to physical comfort, physical security, the easing of pain, and related kinds of concepts. This one has yet to formulate an idea of what will produce growth, what will produce longevity in terms of long term progress, what will produce strength within individuals. We do see that much of this one's frustration arises because of the failure to formulate this longer reaching kind of ideal that would enable this one to draw upon her own creativity to a much greater extent rather than this one using the creativity to react to crises as does often occur.

We see within the emotional system there is a kind of pity that this one has, or sympathy toward others. It is this pity or sympathy that does at times blind this one to what is the best way to aid others or even to this one formulating a concept that is farther reaching, visionary, and more based upon the soul in terms of aiding others. This property in particular would benefit from light and cleanliness. Lighter colors would aid in lightning the atmosphere and the attitude of those who enter.

This property has some difficulties with water drainage and sewer drainage as has already been related. Suggestions have been given. It would be suggested that particularly on days when there is sun and when the air is dry that the widows be opened and the property ventilated. This will aid in clearing out some of the smell of mildew. There are certain areas where there is wood that has become wet, and there is mold and mildew. It would be suggested that these be replaced.

Any suggestions for the property at "5 Main Street"?

This one also has some difficulty with sewer drainage and to a lesser extent water drainage. Suggestions have also been given in this regard. Would suggest that paint would benefit here and that interior colors that are shades of blue particularly light blue and green would add a kind of soothing vibration.

Any further suggestions for the property at "13 Main Street"?

This property would benefit from a thorough cleaning inside as well as outside. We see that there is a kind of smell that is stagnant. Much of this would be corrected by a thorough cleaning. The use of some kind of citrus scent either in the cleaning product or with some type or essential oil would be recommended.

Any further suggestions for the one of "A.B."and her son "Z.B." in there association mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually?

Would suggest to the one of that this one develop honesty with her self concerning choices that have been made in the past. We see that this one holds against herself some of the choices that she has made and then tries to make up for them in the present with a kind of sympathy. This then ends up backfiring as she views it, when in fact it is this one experiencing the results of what she has caused. Would suggest that this one learn how to forgive the self for what this one views as having been mistakes in the past. This one is in a different place in regard to this one's awareness in the present and therefore this one needs to make choices in the present based upon love, based upon concern for the soul and the spirit, both of herself and the one "Z.B.".
