The Akashic Record exists in Universal Mind. It is accessible to us all. Like a virtual library, you need only have the right equipment (a mind) and the know-how (knowledge + discipline) to use this library. Individual physical memory is stored in the brain, this universal memory is housed in the soul. Physical memory is employed by the waking conscious mind while universal memory is exercised by the inner subconscious mind.
