"This God that I would imagine no matter what it was I felt guilty about or ashamed or thought Id done wrong, always loved me, and always thought I was beautiful, and always thought I was talented and always stimulated in me, that I believe in whatever was the highest part of myself. Well, I started to think about where I got this image from because it wasnt something that Id been taught in words. I wasnt even taught to believe that there was a God. I was taught to make my own decision about it. And what I started to look at, was my physical father had many of the attributes that I created in my image of God. My physical father was a very considerate, kind man who always do things to help other people and often times think of other people before himself."

In studying about the mind and working with different religions, with different scriptures, I found that in each case there are certain codes of ethics or codes of conduct that are offered to be practiced by the thinker. We have heard of the 10 Commandments. We have heard of the Nine Truths of Bhudda and the Eight Fold Path. There is also a code of ethics that is in regard to us as thinkers, as reasoning man and it is presented to you in Matthew Chapter Five. The guidance that is offered in this particular chapter is referred to as the Beatitudes.
What would one of Gods chosen ones be like? Perhaps the Beatitudes was talking about the chosen, and how you would become one of Gods chosen.

The same thing would happen when I was approaching relationships. And trying to figure out, Is this the right one? Have any of you ever thought that? You know, Is this ths right person? The thing that used to really just bug me was thinking about these couples that I would see in restaurants that were like 105 years old, sitting there in a booth and youd see them across the restaurant and they would eat their whole meal and they wouldnt look at each other and they wouldnt say anything to each other the whole meal. They would just stare at their plate and eat their food. And I would think, How do these people live together in the same household? It must be horrible. That was my idea of making the wrong commitment. To be trapped in that.

"Indeed, because we have this serpent power available to us, and we will create - either without or with awareness - there are times when we are poisoned by our own use of creativity through ignorance, but ignorance is only a temporary state and it is not part of our innate inner urge, so it only lasts a short time, and what at one time was poison can be healed, and its healed by the use of the serpent power, by creativity."

"We will also give you a step by step process and a clear picture of what it means to exist in the physical with the conscious mind and to have the superconscious mind, called the New Jerusalem in The Book of Revelation, come down out of Heaven and to experience superconscious mind while in the physical. You might call that in other terms, enlightenment or full of LIGHT. These things we will explain to you so that as a reasoner, you can speed up and you will speed up your evolution and cause that Day of Reckoning."

So, when we make excuses for ourselves, when we say, I cant, when we say, Ive got to have some kind of proof to do this, when we look outside of ourselves for answers, we dont hear. We need to put all of those to the side and still our minds and give our attention to the inner voices.

"As you learn through the School of Metaphysics, what you learn is how to become your own teacher. You learn how to constantly self reference and self evaluate and self correct and self illuminate and self realize. Everything comes back to you so that it can radiate out to everyone and everything. That is the purest education that is available to anyone on the planet. Its just that, until now, you had to be born into the right family or the right place on the planet or have a certain amount of money or give up everything in the world to go to a monastery or something. Now humanity as a race is to the point that that wont work anymore. What it now demands of us it to be in the world but not of it..."

As my memory unraveled, the first place Id learned about grace was learning that prayer (Hail Mary) and that the blooming of Christ, which symbolized the enlightenment, was within the quality of that quality of love and the receptiveness of Gods presence. As I continued my spiritual studies, I learned that in each and every one of us there is a seed. It is the same seed and it is through our light, through our love, and through our joy that it blooms. That is why all of these qualities of grace go together and unfold the true being.
