Superconscious Meditation
Kundalini & the Understandings of the Whole Mind
by Dr. Daniel R. Condron
Since the Divine is in all creation you must first image receiving from the Divine.
I suppose everyone wants peace, both peace of Mind and peace within the world. World peace begins with people creating peace within themselves. You do not find peace. You create peace.
To master any skill or ability, practice is required. To master meditation, you will need to meditate regularly. To become proficient, you will want and need to meditate everyday.
Meditation is the art of stilling the Mind and listening. In the stillness you will know your permanent, everlasting existence. You will come to know this in this life.
The essence of meditation is in receiving from the inner Self. You will learn, in meditation, to draw upon resources, knowledge, wisdom, and understanding that you did not previously know existed within yourself.
My more than twenty years of experience meditating and teaching others to meditate has shown me that everyone can benefit from meditation. When you dont meditate you may have some good days and some bad days. When you meditate everyday, more and more you will have good days. Things seem to go right for you. You are centered and purposeful in life. You understand your purpose in life more and more each day and you lead a fulfilling, satisfying and growthful life.
You are on this earth for a reason. This reason will become increasingly apparent to you as you meditate everyday. Your friendships will increase, deepen, and be enhanced. In meditation, your consciousness will expand to all of Creation. This book is about all of these benefits of meditation and much more. This book explains to you exactly what the Mind is, how it works, and how you can harness it for your benefit and fulfillment. Meditation is to be your tool, your vehicle for accomplishing this great task, which will also be your greatest joy.
Everything you ever imagined becoming and creating becomes possible with meditation.
You are important. You are valuable. You have a potential greatness within yourself. It is just waiting to be drawn out. This book offers you insight, direction, and help in making the journey to Self awareness, Self knowledge, Self understanding and finally enlightenment.

In this book I have combined two ideas: meditation and the Mind. When I use the word Mind I do not mean just the Conscious Mind nor do I mean the brain which is a physical organ. The Conscious Mind is only one division of Mind. The individuals conscious mind works with the five senses of sight, smell, hearing, taste, and touch. When I use the word mind I am referring to the whole Mind which consists of the Conscious, Subconscious, and Superconscious Minds.
Meditation requires that you use your mind to go deeper and deeper within. The ultimate goal is to expand your consciousness beyond Mind and know I AM. When the Self that is you has expanded or grown beyond Mind then you have also transcended space and time. Space and time are functions of the vehicle called Mind.
Mind is the vehicle you will use to know Self. It is good to meditate. It is even better when you know how to meditate correctly. It is still better when you are aware of the roads and obstacles that exist on way to Self understanding. You need to learn how to use the vehicle of the Mind in order to gain Self understanding.
You are on this earth for a purpose. That purpose you can discover, in and through meditation.
