SYNOPSIS OF Permanent Healing

This talk reveals the eternal truth, that the essence of permanent healing is thought is cause. Permanent healing is changing the attitude that created the dis-ease.

Identifying thoughts and attitudes is not a point of putting yourself down; it is a point of freedom. When you can separate and identify, you are free to change the attitude. How can you change something when you don’t know what it is? Awareness of a thought that causes a dis-ease or disorder or limitation or success - you have the opportunity to add to what you are doing.

The hallmark of a reasoner is adding to. When you want to change something, don’t seek to destroy it, rather add to it. The hallmark of a reasoner is adding to. Taking the limiting attitude and causing it to exist at a higher level. If you want to renovate a house, do you destroy it? Tear it down? No. You improve it! You may remove and replace the drywall, or change out some of the plumbing, but like your mind, amidst the limiting thoughts and attitudes, you have something of value within your mind as well.

You add to not by destroying the limiting thought. Mind never moves toward a void, rather it moves toward a positive, expansive picture that is alive and attractive. Examine the thoughts, identify them, and choose which ones are productive - say ‘How can I transform this thought?’ To transform something means to take something that is already there and expand it, lift it up, make it more productive. This creates an image that you can move toward!

Consider your thoughts - can you stop your thoughts ‘just like that?’ Can you completely still you mind? When you can still your mind then the thoughts you choose are your choice. At any point, while you have a still mind, the thoughts you have are YOURS, rather than random or habitual. This is the freedom to choose your thoughts.

You will learn the value of stilling the mind more and more, until there is one thought, then there is NO THOUGHT. When you know each one of your thoughts, you can choose intentionally your thoughts and take control of your state of wellness.

SYNOPSIS OF Thought is Cause

"Scientist will tell us that there is no good reason the body wears out. Scientist take an 80 year old kidney from one person, give it to a 29 year old who lives decades so that the kidney turns out to be 140. There is no reason why the body should wear out, physically speaking. So why does it?"

"Many people define health .... as the absence of disease or the absence of illness. They don’t want something, they can see what they don’t want and so that is where they stay in their thinking. That is an amazing limitation to what our potential is. And what causes this shift in our thinking is to begin to pick ourselves up and look at our own existence from the point of choice, from the point that your thinking determines the quality of your life."


Thought is Cause is a journey of discovery to examine how your thoughts affects the quality of your life and the health of your body. Dr. Barbara Condron will empower you to take control of your life and health by exploring the thoughts that hold you back and the tools you can use to change them.

“If you want longevity, if you want healing, then you must be a master of change. You must cause the change. You must be that change.”

Dr Condron uses examples from her life to illustrate how her thoughts were formed and the affects they produced in her life. She shows how she was able to uncover, understand, and change these thoughts to higher and more productive ones. Discover what your body is trying to teach you. Learn why you draw the same kind of people or situations in your life. Come to the awareness that:

"When you begin to realize that thought is cause, you have freedom, and the freedom that you have is to understand the purpose of life. You have freedom to learn, you have freedom to grow, you have freedom to change, so you are no longer a victim of anything except your own limitations. And since those are of your own making, and not someone else’s, once you can begin to elevate your thinking and think in different levels and in different ways you become free to have a kind of respect that you didn’t have before."

"You have everything you need to be a whole functioning self. You have everything you need to be healthy. You just need to know what you have so you can use it."

This tape will help you to become aware of what you have so you can use it to heal yourself and fulfill your purpose in life. Be prepared to see your life in a totally different light. Be prepared to see how YOU can direct it to where you desire it to be.

Why is a disciplined mind an advantage? On being healthier? Or healing? With a disciplined mind you have more capability to choose the thought you want to choose, and therefore, with a disciplined mind, you have more ability to identify the thought. Did you know that with a still mind you can more easily identify a limiting thought? Because if your choosing thoughts, or else one comes into your mind, and you choose it, and you're aware of it, then you question it. You say, "Why do I choose to say I’m incapable or I can’t communicate effectively or I’ll never get what I want"? Any time a limiting thought arises in the consciousness, a reasoner says, "Why is that thought there?"

A limitation can be identified, and a reasoner says, "What can I replace that thought with? What can I transform that thought into?" Sometimes it can be the exact opposite. For instance, if you say to yourself, “I’m ugly,” - then you can say “I’m beautiful.” Sometimes that’s a reach, so you have an affirmation. You say, “I’m becoming more handsome every day,” and work into the new thought.

So that’s what Permanent Healing is. It’s about understanding that thought is cause and seeking to improve your life. Permanent healing is about identifying your value. Your self value, as a creator, because you create your thoughts. I think that’s the best, easiest way to build self-worth and self value.

Every one is at a different level of awareness, and these truths can be used wherever you are at.

From adolescence or adulthood and beyond, many tend to think it’s a risk to cause a movement to the next level of learning and growth. True security can only be found based in the mind. That is what’s permanent.

More spiritual people have more security.
