is based upon a modality offered on September 15th at the College
of Metaphysics to help students and faculty assimilate their mind
experiences since the attack on the World Trade Center in New York.
We offer the following in the hope that it will initiate, assist, accelerate
your healing also.
As you move from one page to the next, you will be guided through a series
of movements in thinking.
Hold in mind your purpose for responding to the direction of each page...
your own healing, assimilation, and growth process.
Each movement is designed to aid you in admitting, allowing, accessing,
and accepting your thoughts and feelings
in five separate and connected dimensions of experience.
May peace be with you all ways.
Prepare yourself by setting aside at least one hour. Make sure
your physical needs have been met and will not be a distraction during the
course of this experience.
For the full effect of what this can bring to you, you will want to
complete what you start once you begin. Therefore, make sure you
will not be interrupted or pulled away.
You can join with others if you so desire, experiencing this sequence
together. There are points where talking with another can be most
helpful in elucidating your thoughts and feelings.
You will want paper and a pen for writing. You will want five
index size papers or cards (about 4x6).
